Today we’re focusing on selecting paint colors using the Sherwin-Williams site. At the Builders Show, they introduced their color of the year for 2022, which is Evergreen Fog. It’s a green-gray tone that is subtle yet stunning.
At Pinnacle, our designer’s aid in selecting paint colors for your new space, but some clients prefer to do it on their own, and the Sherwin-Williams app has a great process to see the shades in a living space. One of the hardest things for clients to do is visualize the color palettes, and this site could be a big help to those who need a little conceptual insight to see what the final product might look like. In your browser or in the app store, search color snap visualizer. On the Sherman Williams website, you can order samples that come in quart-size containers for about $10. Another option would be to peel and stick 8×8 samples, which are about $4, or of course, stop by your local store for free color chips or order them online here.
Let’s search for Evergreen Fog. It immediately shows you the paint color. And when you click on view details, it will show you other colors that complement this shade that maybe you could use for an accent wall or an adjacent room. Here, Evergreen Fog is shown in various rooms. Here the kitchen, you can see it goes well with white cabinetry, the bedroom, a bathroom, and even what it would look like on the exterior. When you click on color snap, you’re able to select various walls and choose from a multitude of paint colors to explore different placements. You can use these shades in their sample rooms, or even upload a photo of your own room and try different concepts. Now here’s a little bit more about the 2022 color of the year.
